Sarah is taken into the world of The Hangercliffs channel where she first tries to navigate through Walter's Wonderland. A children's program where Walter's sanity is breaking, all presented through puppets and musical numbers. The broadcast shifts to The Skipper Social Quarter Hour, where The Skipper tries to maintain a concise fifteen minutes of television but is consistently being interrupted by forces trying to escape. The special guests on this broadcast include The Mothman and Dick Cheney. When the broadcast ends its regularly scheduled program, it looks like Sarah has escaped. Or has she?
